The University Committee meets every two weeks during the academic year. During the summer, the committee is only convened to consider changes that are prompted by accreditation issues or to clear any excessive backlog.
Every attempt is made to schedule courses and degree program changes in the order received. Priority is given to changes that affect curriculum models. Departments proposing complex changes in curricula should contact the Coordinator for Curriculum Management for help, if questions arise during the preparation of the requests.
Given the high volume of changes received at certain peak times, departments may expect occasional delays.
