Andrew is a junior from Knoxville, Tennessee majoring in Microbiology. An interesting fact about him is that he loves backpacking and has hiked a lot of the Appalachian Trail. Advice Andrew would give to a student to help them be more successful is to treat being a student like a full-time job by spending 30-40 hours a week on academic pursuits.
Daniela is a junior from Birmingham, Alabama majoring in Biomedical Sciences. After graduation, she plans on doing Teach for America. An interesting fact about Daniela is that she has a pet bunny named Garfield. On campus, she is involved as an FIP Director, Involvement Ambassador, Vice President of COSAM, Challenge fellow, and Assistant Director of The Challenge: Summit Conference. Her best time management technique is to make a list of all the things you have to do in order of the most time consuming to least and do the things at the top of the list first and check them off.
Jake is a sophomore from Chino Hills, California majoring in Physics and Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, he plans on working in the Aeropspace industry. An interesting fact about Jake is that he can play 9 instruments. Advice he would give to a student that would help them be more successful is to put in the work, even when it gets tough.

Advice he would give to a student that would help them be more successful is that you can only get out as much as you put in; hard work is easier than double work.
