Peer Instructors are undergraduate students who assist instructors in teaching either UNIV1000: The Auburn Experience, UNIV1050: Success Strategies, or UNIV1100/1150: First-Year Seminar.  These courses aim to assist first-year students with successfully transitioning to college.  Peer Instructors serve as upperclassman peer mentors who not only assist with in class instruction but also lead activities and discussions and make themselves available to the students in their classes to offer guidance and support.  They are expected to be responsible, organized, adaptable, compassionate, and knowledgeable of Auburn traditions and policies.
