Nursing Learning Community

The Nursing Learning Community is a group of students in the College of Nursing. All incoming freshmen in the College of Nursing are eligible to participate. This is a unique opportunity for Pre-Nursing majors to start making connections in the college by getting to know your Academic Advisor, meeting faculty members in the college, and taking part in activities offered in the College of Nursing.  The cohort will take several classes together including UNIV 1050: Success Strategies, English 1100: English Composition I, Biology 1020: Principles of Biology I, and Biology 1021: Principles of Biology Lab in the Fall and Nursing 1000: Orientation to Nursing, English 1120: English Composition II, and Nutrition and Food Science 2000: Nutrition and Health in the Spring.
