Latin American Studies Minor

College/Program: College of Liberal Arts

Required Hours: Minimum 15 semester hours (at least 9 hours at 3000-level or above).

Required Courses:

Students must test at the equivalent of FL 2010 in either French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
Students must take a minimum of five courses from at least three different disciplines.  See Department of Political Science for approved courses.

Notes:

1. The student must fulfill all prerequisites for all courses.
2. Grade of C or higher is required in each course.
3. Courses taken in fulfillment of the College Core or for other majors and minors may not be counted toward the Latin American Studies minor.
