Welcome to Auburn's Faculty Mentoring Website!

The purpose of Auburn’s New Faculty Mentoring Program is to promote and support the professional development of our new faculty members and also to provide our distinguished professorial faculty with opportunities to positively impact new faculty members and give back to the institution. Whether it’s help with locating campus resources, reviewing grant proposals, tenure questions or advice on how to balance work and life, our senior faculty member can serve as an invaluable resource.

I encourage all new faculty members to take advantage of this opportunity, even if you already have a mentoring program within your college/school or department.  Our program maintains a comprehensive list of mentors who may be able to provide you with assistance outside your discipline.  Each of our mentors brings a unique and diverse perspective to the mentoring program; I hope each of you will take the time to see how our faculty can best help you as you transition to Auburn.
