The Wildlife Science, Pre-Vet program exposes students to the basic principles of wildlife management while at the same time preparing them for their future endeavors as veterinarians. Students who desire to be veterinarians in addition to having an interest in the outdoors and free range populations may find this major to be beneficial and rewarding. Students in this major can advance to vet school either at Auburn University or another university of their choice. They may begin this transition at the end of their junior year of study if accepted early into the vet program.
