The program, which was designed with significant input from the business community, emphasizes such areas as behavioral dynamics, leadership skills, project management, business processes and logistics, international relations as well as the management of information systems. The curriculum is designed to focus on those issues generic to both the manufacturing and service industries. These managerial skills, complemented by the solid foundation provided by the BSBA core course, equip the students with the necessary knowledge and skills to become successful managers. One unique aspect of the program is the community service project class, geared toward helping students understand the importance of community service and philanthropy in today’s global environment. |
