Assistant Provost and Director of Honors College
Auburn University is pleased to announce that Dr. Melissa J. Baumann has accepted the position of Assistant Provost for Undergraduate Studies and Director of the Auburn University Honors College, effective June, 2013.
Dr. Baumann is currently Associate Dean of the Honors College at Michigan State University, and a faculty member in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science at MSU. At Auburn, she will be a full professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. She is the author or co-author of seventy publications in the field of bioengineering.
