Staff had a lot to discuss during Monday’s CWE meeting. We began talking about our SROW presentations and any updates. We discussed various after training social plans and ideas for PC Training. We are looking forward to another great training week! The CCs’AU Knowledge tests are now in final mode. The creed training is also coming to an end. The professional staff brought creative ideas to incorporate stanza 7 for this week. The “Real World” and “War Eagle Welcome” skit practices are going well and continuing to make progress. We then discussed Tiger Talk Training and the CCs’ delivery strategies: what worked best and least for each group. Flapjack Fest publicity strategies and ticket sales are now going on. Staff updated everyone on various assignments. Spring is coming up fast, so staff continued discussion on the CWE Schedule, various ideas, and updates on spring assignments.
