At our SOS staff meeting this week we continued to work through our publicity. The OLCs also ran through the Joint Info. Session and discussed ways to improve it. The Joint Info. Session will be with the Head Camp Counselors and Head Parent Counselors of Camp War Eagle, on October 20. The staff also finalized selections and call outs information. After the meeting, the OLCs filmed the jumbotron video. Watch for it at the Ole Miss game, so you can be the “First Face” in Auburn’s Transfer Orientation Program!
This week in CWE, we started off with the Parent Program. We brainstormed together through Parent Counselor publicity, Info. Sessions, and application. The next few weeks will be more in depth; this week was just the start! The staff continued talk of publicity, info. Sessions, and selections. CWE just had their first Info. Session this past Monday, and it was a great success! We are all working out the “first time” kinks and looking forward to bigger and better Info. Sessions. Today after our meeting our whole staff, SOS and CWE, met for dinner. We all had a blast! Good times with good food and company!
