SOS Leader interview process

Our first round of interviews will be group interviews. You will be in small group of about 6 and participate in three activities. The first activity will be a group icebreaker. The second activity is a discussion based team builder and finally will participate in an activity based team builder. The whole process should last about 50 minutes.

Our second round of interviews will be on an individual basis and you will be asked questions about your auburn experience as well as what you will bring to the orientation leader position. You will also need to bring an object that reflects your Auburn experience.

First Round & Second Round Interview attire is business casual.

For ladies: a skirt or slacks is appropriate.
For men: ties are not necessary.
