You would be amazed at all of the different legends and tales that circle campus about Camp War Eagle, and these myths prevent people from trying out. Take a look at some of the CWE myths that are false.

Myth 1: To be a Camp Counselor, I have to be involved with EVERYTHING!

Myth 2: The same students are hired every year, right?

Myth 3: To be a Camp Counselor, I have to be peppy, loud and full of energy!

Myth 4: You have to know everything about Auburn before you can apply, right?

Myth 5: Being a Camp Counselor won't allow you to do other things...it's too time consuming!

Myth 6: Being a Camp Counselor would be a waste of a summer...I won't learn anything, and I'll miss out on interning or studying abroad.

All of the above are FALSE! Now that you know the truth, it is time to face the facts. If you have ever thought about trying out for Camp War Eagle Counselor, Fall 2011 couldn't be a better time for you to fill out an application.
