First Round Interviews will be a Group Interview Process. You’ll complete several activities with a small group of other applicants. Attire for the first round is business casual.
Second Round Interviews:
Camp Counselor: Through your attire, show us your personality AND your desire to help incoming
freshmen. Be prepared to explain your attire in 30-60 seconds during the interview. Please remember that your outfit has little bearing and is not the focus of the interview. Be sure to spend more time on what you are going to say throughout your interview rather than what you are going to wear. Do not bring any props with you to your interview.
Parent Counselor: Please bring with you an object that you feel is important for a parent to give their students before coming to college. Choose an object that shows your personality and your desire to help parents and the incoming freshmen. Be prepared to share a 30-60 second explanation of your object and the reasons that you brought it. Attire is business casual.
