A Division of Undergraduate Studies, Educational Support Services provides Auburn students with opportunities to achieve their academic and personal goals while becoming contributing members of a global society.

Faculty and staff of Educational Support Services are committed to achieving our mission of:

(1) Providing students with services and educational opportunities through a student-centered service continuum from orientation through graduation and,

(2) Promoting and support the academic success, career development and personal growth of Auburn students resulting in students being connected to the University, improved retention and graduation outcomes.


The mission of the Student Success Center is to develop and implement an interdisciplinary student resource center.  The Student Success Center provides services and programs from orientation through graduation to promote and support the academic success, career development, and personal growth of Auburn University students resulting in improved retention and graduation rates. 

Five programs comprise the Student Success Center: Academic Support, Career Development Services, Freshman Year Experience, Student Counseling Services and the Cater Center for Academic Career Excellence.

Key moments are times that are critical to a student’s success and adaptation when specific programs for education, support, and intervention should exist.
