Auburn University Career Center

Peer Career Advisors (PCAs) assist the Auburn University Career Center to reach out, educate and advise Auburn students on resources through one-on-one interactions and group presentations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Advise students on career exploration resources and job search strategies
Review resumes and cover letters face-to-face and on-line
Network with local and national recruiters
Direct and refer students to relevant resources and/or career counselors
Contribute to blog and other social media
Assist with administrative duties

REQUIREMENTS

Undergraduate student at Auburn University who have completed at least 2 semesters at Auburn
GPA: 3.0 or above
Demonstrated strong communication (written and verbal)
Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills
Able to commit to five (5) hours of work/week
One letter of recommendation sent as an attachment to meaghan@auburn.edu
