Example: If Suzie attended 3 SI sessions before exam 1 and 2 SI sessions between exam 1 and exam 2 then you would enter her information into the web form twice. The first one you would enter 3 for her attendance and 1 for the exam number. The second one you would enter 2 for her attendance and 2 for the exam number.
