Purpose:
To assess and make recommendations about policies and campus climate that could affect recruitment and retention of women faculty and staff and in turn affect the well-being of all faculty members.

To conduct needs assessments and recommendations. Some topics to be considered:

- Family Leave Policy
- Search Committee Training
- Hiring processes
- Tenure policies
- Departmental and campus climate
