Faculty Advancement

Women's Initiatives works to improve the advancement of faculty and staff at all levels and to assist Auburn University in its efforts to recruit and retain women faculty and staff at all levels.

W.IN. makes recommendations to the President and Provost about policies and programs to address issues that are of particular concern to under represented minorities to support the Auburn University Strategic Plan.
