Curtis Jolly
Diversity Faculty Mentor
Dr. Curtis Jolly has joined in collaboration with the Office of
Diversity and Multicultural Affairs to serve as the Diversity Faculty
Mentor. In this role he provides leadership in developing and executing
mentoring programs/activities for faculty. His major research
responsibilities have been in the areas of International Trade,
Economics of Aquaculture, the Effects of Aflatoxin on the marketing of
peanuts in Ghana and Benin, the Economics of Soil Conservation and
Economic Development. He has been a graduate advisor for Ph.D. and
Master's of Agricultural Economics and Allied Aquaculture and Fisheries
students and served on the graduate committees for over 50 students in
the Auburn University, College of Agriculture and schools of Human
Sciences and Forestry and Wildlife Sciences. He also advises and
mentors, on average, 12 undergraduate students per year. He also has
been the course master for Agricultural Policy and World Trade,
Economics of Aquaculture I&II, and Agricultural Economic Development.
