Leadership Team

Ana Kriletic is a Ph.D. student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Auburn University. As part of Dr. Svyantek's lab, Ana's current research is focused on leadership and its destructive forms. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Houston Baptist University, where she was also on the track team as a heptathlete. She is originally from Split, Croatia. Ana joined the Office of Academic Assessment in Fall 2020. As a graduate assistant, Ana assists with the analytics and reporting of general education assessment by providing insights regarding student success at and beyond Auburn University.
