HSOP External Scholarships
Below is information about monetary awards that private organizations have made in the past. This information is taken directly from the most recently received announcements from the respective organizations. This does not mean that the organizations have made no changes to their awards programs or that the organizations are continuing to make the awards. As new information is received from HSOP, it will be posted here. National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA) Foundation
Each semester, the NCPA Foundation provides student loans to pharmacy students who require financial assistance. The amount loaned to pharmacy students per semester is to $2,500 to a maximum of $5,000 per calendar year. Payments and interest on the loans are deferred until after the student graduates.
Student members of NCPA in the last two and one half years of their first professional pharmacy degree program and who are planning a career in independent community pharmacy practice. Students must be U.S. citizens.

NACDS Foundation Pharmacy Student Scholarship Program

NCPA Foundation Scholarships
The NCPA Foundation offers a variety of scholarships, including Presidential Scholarships, Partners in Pharmacy, Cobb Memorial, Pruitt Memorial and Simmons Memorial. For more information, visit their website at www.ncpafoundation.org.
APhA Foundation Scholarships
The APhA Foundation Student Scholarship Program recognizes students who choose to invest their time in their school’s APhA - ASP chapter to help shape the future of the profession while managing the demands of a full-time pharmacy curriculum. Applicants will be evaluated on their potential to become leaders for the profession of pharmacy, as demonstrated by involvement in school and community activities and academic performance. American Foundation for Pharmaceutical Education (AFPE) Scholarships and Fellowships
AFPE offers scholarships at the undergraduate, professional and graduate level. For more information, check out their website at www.afpenet.org.
American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) Scholarships
