Dr. Groccia is Director of the Biggio Center; Associate Professor, Educational Leadership.  Dr. Groccia is the Director of the Biggio Center; he is a former President of the Professional and Organizational Development Network in Higher Education (POD Network). In Fall 2011, Dr. Groccia is serving as a Fulbright Scholar in Estonia at the University of Tartu.
