Beth Harben ('07-'08):  Consumer Affairs

I will be an assistant professor at the University of Missouri in Fall 2009.
Department: Textile and Apparel Management

Ram Pandit ('06-'07): Agricultural Economics

I am writing you from Australia to thank you and your year long PPF program that essentially helped me to secure a professional job despite lack of teaching experience at Auburn. I have recently joined The University of Western Australia as an assistant professor. Have been involved in teaching and learning workshops here and found PPF program a real bridge between a typical PhD graduate and assistant professor in terms of exposing to university teaching and learning environment. Thanks much.

Casey Breslin ('06-'07): Kinesiology

I defended my dissertation in early May, and I will walk in August.  I loved the Biggio Center experience, and I felt that it was a valuable experience that made me a better teacher, researcher, and job candidate. I had two interviews for faculty positions at Bowling Green State University and Old Dominion University, and I received both offers.

Travis Suits ('06-'07): Psychology (Experimental Track)

I will graduate in the August 2009 ceremony with my PhD and I have accepted a tenure track faculty position at Seminole Community College in Sanford, FL.
