With more than 700 tickets sold and commitments from 50 sponsors, the Sixth Annual Blue Jean Ball, “Gold Rush Style,” netted $ 102,353 for nursing scholarships and program support. The event, held September 5 at Pat Dye’s Auburn Oaks, was the “best ever” in terms of fun and funds raised for the Schools of Nursing. Top-selling items at the live auction were Pat Dye’s Hall of Fame Induction montage and four Toomer’s Corner oaks. Special thanks go to Coach Dye and Randy Campbell for their overthe- top efforts at the auction! Very special thanks to the following sponsors who enabled the Schools of Nursing to “strike gold”!
