Overview
Bonnie Sanderson joined the Auburn School of Nursing in August, 2009. She came from UAB where she was Manager of the CardioPulmonary Rehabilitation Department and an Associate Professor in the Division of Cardiovascular Disease, Preventive Cardiology Section in the School of Medicine. Dr. Sanderson has over 25 years of clinical, academic, and research experience in preventive and rehabilitative cardiology field and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in the field. She is certified as a Clinical Exercise Specialist and Program Director by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
