Overview
Anita All received her original nursing degree from an associate
degree program and over time has pursued other degrees. She
completed her PhD in December of 1993 from the University
of Northern Colorado maintaining a focus on chronic illness
and rehabilitation. Her dissertation work investigated state
and trait anxiety in rehabilitation workers in dealing with
individuals with HIV/AIDS. Since graduation from her PhD program,
Dr. All has taught at the Medical College of Georgia and the
University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center College of Nursing
(OUHSC CON). While at OUHSC CON Dr. All progressed from an
associate professor to a tenured professor. Dr. All has received
numerous teaching awards and research awards.
Dr. All moved to Alabama in September of 2006 to direct the
new AU/AUM Joint MSN Program. Dr. All reviews program grants
for Human Resources Administration and is an American Nurses
Credentialing Center MAGNET Appraiser. Along with administrative
duties Dr. All teaches some of the core classes in the AU/AUM
MSN program.
