Dissertation Prospectus Workshop
What is a dissertation prospectus?
How do you write one?
How do you help your PhD Students write one?
These are some of the questions we will address in a roundtable
discussion of the dissertation prospectus process to be held Monday,
March 18 at 4:00 p.m. in HC 3104. Both faculty who have guided students through the
process and PhD students who have already had their prospectuses
approved will lead an informal discussion on how to make the process as
useful and efficient as possible for both students and advisors. All
faculty and grad students interested in the process are encouraged to
come share their wisdom and learn from the experience of others.
