Emma Bolden received her BA from Sarah Lawrence College
and her MFA from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington . She
specializes in poetry and playwriting.
Her work has appeared in various literary magazines and anthologies, including Verse, Margie, Poet Lore, the Spoon River Poetry Review, Cranky, The Anthology of New England Writers, and Belles' Letters: Contemporary Stories by Alabama Women.
