v PACT (Pre-paid Tuition) Can be ssed to help fund your Study Abroad experience!

v Financial aid and scholarships can be (used in most cases)

v Students are responsible for providing the necessary forms and documentation to the OIE study abroad office and the Office of Financial Aid, if applying for aid or using a scholarship

v The minimum amount of coursework must be completed or the financial aid will have to be paid back

v When applying:

Notify OIE Study Abroad that you plan on applying for financial aid
Make a preliminary appointment with Charles Markle, Office of Financial Aid to discuss financial aid/AU scholarships related to study abroad
Obtain the three forms needed from OIE (see forms)
- Course Approval Form
- Budget Estimate Form
- Contractual Agreement

Note: All three forms must be submitted before funds can be disbursed. It is the students responsibility to ensure that Study Abroad has provided the financial aid office with copies of each form
