Coming Home
Reverse Culture Shock
After returning home students may feel they have less in common with old friends and life at home and on campus may seem restrictive and unexciting.
These feelings are very similar to culture shock, and are usually short-lived. To help readjust, you can join the Global Tiger Peer Advisory, make a presentation to a local civic club (Rotary, Lions, etc.), or write an article about your studies abroad for your hometown newspaper.
