Auburn University Faculty Led Program: Auburn courses taught abroad on site by Auburn professors, many programs include touring component. These programs are offered during semester or summer terms.

Auburn University Faculty Led Program at another university: Auburn courses taught abroad through enrollment in foreign university. These programs are offered during semester or summer terms.

Auburn University Faculty Supervised Internships: Approved internships abroad can result in direct Auburn credit. Check with your major area department chair to determine credit value. These programs are offered during semester or summer terms.

Auburn University Exchange Programs: Auburn students attend a university abroad while a student from the exchange university takes your place at Auburn. These programs are offered during semester or academic year terms.

Affiliate or 3rd Party Programs: Auburn students apply directly to the program provider and attend courses at a university abroad and bring back transient credit (effective summer 2012). Students must also complete application materials through Auburn Abroad which will allow them to maintain full-time status and use Auburn financial aid.
