FORM B:    Student AA Course Approval Form (CAF)Download: PDF Version

NOTES:    1. Upon completion of this form, with all signatures, courses listed and their AU equivalents,  are officially pre-approved for transfer back to your AU transcript at the end of your abroad program.

2.  Any courses you take abroad that have not been pre-approved on this form may not transfer back as AU equivalents.

3. Unsure of which courses to take?  List more courses (with title and course number), than you will need.  Email any course changes to AU OIE and your Academic Advisors as soon as you make these changes, while you are still abroad.  This will avoid confusion and delays in posting your grades to your transcript at the end of your program.

WELCOME BACK!

Use this to provide feedback after the end of your program.  Include the good and the bad, continue on another page if you need to provide more comments.  Your comments are invaluable.  Used anonymously, they will help prospective  students get the "insider's view" of a program.

Hey, the AU OIE staff also wants to see your photos  (be sure to enter them in the Annual Auburn Abroad  Photo Contest).  Did you know that we also have hints about how to include your Auburn Abroad Experience in your resume.  Ask us about "Reentry Program Services".
