FPC Working Papers

Working papers are works in progress and as such, considered "drafts".  In most cases the intent is to publish these papers in refereed outlets in the near future.  Because of the time lags involved in getting articles published, this format provides researchers an opportunity to present their work to a broad audience long before the final version is actually in print.
