This suite of pages is designed to ease accessability to
the College of Education, its administrators, faculty, staff,
and services. Ninety percent of the population viewing
the pages herein will be travelling at a cyberspace speed
of at least 33600. About half of those will be viewing
from on campus high speed lines. This percentage of
high speed veiwers factored into the decision to
use graphic based pages and image changing javascripts.
So my apologies to those of you who are reading this
after an extended wait to get to this point due to the
graphics and pages contained in this suite.
