Professional Education Services (PES) is the undergraduate student affairs office for the College of Education at Auburn University. PES is the primary liaison among College of Education students, faculty, staff, school/agency cooperating personnel and the University community. We are committed to providing support and opportunities for individuals to develop and attain their educational goals.

Although our main responsibility is providing academic guidance and assistance to current and prospective students, PES personnel are also responsible for the administration of admissions processes, laboratory placements, student records and certification. This Web site is designed to provide basic information in all these areas, and to answer questions commonly posed to the PES office.

The College of Education offers both teacher certification programs and academic programs which do not lead to teacher certification. Students who have already earned undergraduate degrees and would like to pursue teacher certification may work with PES for either a second undergraduate degree or the non-traditional Masters Certification Program.

See the University Bulletin for additional information regarding undergraduate and graduate programs in the College of Education.
