Abstract

The purpose of this project was to increase the comfort level of JobLink staff and partners through the "Work Incentive Grant" - a partnership through the North Carolina Department of Commerce and the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. 

Actions and steps used to carry out the project include attending JobLink Leadership and Management Team Meetings, Assessing Training and Equipment needs of JobLink Sites, meeting with alternative partners in the community and coordinating training to JobLink staff and partners. Specialized trainings, curricula development sessions, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings were some of the grant activities.
