Abstract

Designed for use in the Employability Skills Training (EST) Program, a component of the Job Development and Placement Program within the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services (MDRS). The survey measured the success and satisfaction level of customers served by the EST program in a continuous effort to improve program services. Based on participant responses (customers and employers), the agency hopes to use the gathered information to enhance the EST Program to ensure that the goals are being met or to justify to the fiscal agent monitoring the program that the targeted customers are having their needs met.
