Abstract

The purpose of the Employment Ready Rehabilitation Services (ERRS) agency is to place individuals with disabilities in meaningful work by providing these main services: job placement, job training (and work adjustment), career counseling, psychological counseling, and access to medical services.  By providing these services, ERRS hopes to dispel the assumption that individuals with disabilities are not capable of performing the essential functions of the job thus not employable.
