Abstract

Copy Cat is a simulation project geared to having individuals with little or no work experience gain insight about the world of work by means of job shadowing.  Job shadowing is observing someone while he or she works.  Job shadowing will allow individuals with limited or no work experience learn about duties and responsibilities, and the necessary skills and abilities employees need to perform their work to their utmost capability.
