Below are answers to some frequently asked questions

How do I access my Auburn University email?
Your student email account is called "WebMail." You can access it from https://webmail.duc.auburn.edu/. There is a link on the student page for WebMail. Bookmark that page (and any others your return to often) by clicking on "Bookmark" in Netscape or "Favorites" in Internet Explorer. Access your email by logging in with your global ID (starts with letters of your last name), and IT password (for new students, this is your "initial password" which is a 7-digit number). You can change this password to something that makes sense to you by going to http://www.auburn.edu/helpdesk/webapps/password.html and clicking on "password update."
Your student email address, if you want to share it with others, is yourglobalID@auburn.edu, for example: brownd6@auburn.edu. This is where we will mail your student-related messages.

How can I check my bursar bill, registration, grades?
From the Auburn University homepage click on "students" in the navy bar near the top of the page. When the "Current Student" page comes up, bookmark it (or 'favorite' it) for future reference. Almost all of the information you will need at the university can be found here. To check your grades, etc., click on OASIS, which is on the right side in the top section. Log in here using your social security number and your PIN (6-digit number issued from the registrar's office). You cannot change your PIN.
