1. What are the numbers, openings, and wages for security guards in your local area? (As part of your answer, provide the specific resources you accessed in getting this information). (4 points)

2. Many of the job development gurus advise us to “seek out objections” from employers and “beg for complaints” from them. What is the reasoning behind this advice? (Cite specific models or authors). Are you comfortable with using this suggestion when dealing with employers? Why or why not? (6 points)

3. Describe your personal job development style, including the methods and models you employ to facilitate employment for people with disabilities. (If you don’t currently provide job development services, make some predictions about the style you would likely adopt). (10 points)
