My name is Jim Stout and I work for North Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation. I have worked with the agency for 8 years as a Human Resources Placement Specialist. I serve 7 counties and I enjoy the challenge and diversity that my job has to offer. I am very active with the NC Democratic Party and I currently serve on the North Carolina Special Olympics Sports Development Team. I have been selected to serve as a commissioner for the Special Olympics 2003 World Games, which will be held in Dublin, Ireland. I also have a golf business which is seasonal and that tends to keep me very busy in the summer.
