Article XII – Meetings Section 1. There shall be at least 10 regular meetings of this chapter per year. Section 2. Special meetings may be called at any other time as determined by the Executive Council. Article XII – Amendments Section 1. This constitution may be amended by a vote from 51% of the membership.
