You are invited to submit an article for publication. The article should incorporate the following: an examination of a theoretical or applied concept (or group of concepts), that builds on the quality improvement theories of Deming and others and how this concept relates to K-12 and higher education settings. Here is a copy of our most recent Call For Articles.

Operational definitions which include a definition of Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) as understood by our editorial board and staff are located here.

Our audience consists of educators (teachers, administrators and researchers) working for public and private schools in the US who are seeking the latest data on programs of school reform and improvement.

We haveidentified over 60 such programs which, to one extent or another, use quality improvement theories to carry out their mission. Here is a list of these School Reform Networks. The guidelines for reviewing one of these programs are located in Preparing a Program Review. The Program Review Format is a detailed format in outline form.

It will take from 30 to 90 days before the Journal can complete its review. Following the review process, the article will be published via LISTSERV and made available via FTP and WWW.
