Dear Colleagues, Students, Alumni and Friends, It is with great enthusiasm that I welcome you to the Auburn University College of Education website. We have created this site to provide you with a comprehensive view of our college and its many dimensions. Here you will find information about our programs, our faculty, our students, and our alumni. You will also learn about our plans for the future and how you can become an integral part of making our vision of the future a reality by donating your time, your expertise, and your financial or other resources. The College of Education was established at Auburn University in 1915. We have a proud past including over 25,000 graduates. Our college is known for its high degree of professionalism, its high quality teaching, its outstanding research, and its dedication to service through its many outreach activities. Our college has adopted a new logo this year- The Keystone. As the topmost stone of an arch, the keystone serves a central role in supporting and holding the arch together. We believe this logo is a perfect symbol of the function education plays in creating a better future for individuals, the state, the nation, and our world. Our motto to describe the role of our college is “creating possibilities.” We thank you for visiting our website and for having an interest in our college.
