Following are some resources related to diversity. Diversity commitments developed by each of the college's five departments are linked below. These links include plans for recruitment and retention of students and faculty:

Outreach summarizes the College of Education initiatives aimed at fulfilling the college's mission to build a better future for all. The Holmes Scholars Program enhances the scholarly experience and professional training of talented men and women of color and persons with disability who are underrepresented in leadership positions in universities and professional development schools. The program serves to mentor and support underrepresented individuals in higher education.

MERIT is a retention and mentoring program that supports students within the College of Education.
