Program Research and Evaluation

The Program Research and Evaluation (PRE) unit evaluates agencies that serve persons with disabilities. Through comprehensive research practices the unit assists agencies in converting data into usable information to improve the quality services and efficient use of resources. The unit specializes in consumer satisfaction surveys, utilizing sophisticated computer software to collect and analyze a magnitude of data. The PRE unit also supports agencies with strategic planning assistance and training based on agency needs. The PRE unit also provides research opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students with the SERC Department.
