As full participants in the land grant mission of Auburn University the department's outreach scholarship extends our many and varied resources to meet the needs of local, state, national and international communities, schools, agencies and organizations. Current outreach scholarship includes assistance related to children's sleep and school achievement, families of those deployed by the military, HIV/AIDS services, multicultural competence, ethics and professionalism, career development, counseling supervision, positive behavior support in the schools, and students at risk.
