Tiger Cubs Fit Club builds strength, balance, agility, flexibility and coordination. Our instructors maintain a positive, supportive, and noncompetitive atmosphere. We praise the children with positive reinforcement as they develop perseverance, self-control, social skills, confidence, and self-esteem. Every day in Tiger Cubs Fit Club children have loads of fun as they develop physically, cognitively, and emotionally. Our program focuses on growth in all three categories because they are essential “building block” toward becoming a happy, healthy, well-adjusted human being.
Tiger Cubs Fit Club empowers children as they learn movement skills for various sports and recreational activities. Confidence soars as children develop skills such as passing, catching, striking, kicking, jumping, and throwing. The kids are elated as they improve physically, become comfortable with movement, and gain the skills that prepare them to participate in various sports and activities. Our program provides a state-of-the-art facility with an excellent student/teacher ratio under the direction of faculty and researchers from the School of Kinesiology at Auburn University. Classes promote the importance of trying your best, good sportsmanship, and having a “yes I can” attitude. Activities include: soccer, golf, hockey, relays, obstacle courses, and much, much more!
